Ladies breathtaking 18kt yellow gold and platinum vintage Sapphire and Diamond Toi et Moi ring with raised shoulders featuring a cushion-cut faceted sapphire weighing approximately 3.73 carat total weight of (dark strong violetish blue) in color, (loupe clean) in clarity, and (good) cutting grade. Also featuring an old-Mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.60 carat of (SI-1; bruising on table and chipping on the girdle edge) in clarity and (H-I) in color. This ring is currently a size 6.
