Vintage ladies 18kt yellow gold and platinum diamond ring. This beautiful original ring features a natural European cut diamond weighing 3.00 carat weight of (VS) in clarity and (K-L) in colour. Also featuring 8 x 0.20 total carat weight of Mine cut diamonds. The shank is 18kt yellow gold. Diamonds are set in platinum. Current finger size: 6-1/4. This ring can be resized. Circa 1920's. A true vintage beauty.
