A magnificent hand-carved cameo pin from the Victorian era, set in a vibrant 18kt yellow gold, displaying the head and bust of a Victorian lady wearing a high-collared, patterned dress with a lace neckline. The cameo is surrounded by a border of (36) old rose cut diamonds along with a suspended natural pearl measuring approximately 4.88mm. This pin has a bail at the back so it can also be worn as a pendant. Circa 1880.
