Gent's rare large-sized vintage 18kt rose gold Vacheron Constantin wristwatch with crab lugs. Silvered dial with a Roman numeral hour markers along with alternating VC logo hour markers; seconds sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position. 35mm case diameter. Manual winding movement. Acrylic crystal. Featured on a non-original leather strap. Circa 1940's.
