Vintage large 14kt yellow gold hand carved vintage Cameo. The Cameo has beautiful fading and the colour of the shell has been carried through in her hair. The Cameo can be worn as a pendant with a fold away V-loop. The dimensions of the Cameo is 75mm x 54mm. The Cameo is secured with a pin and clasp.
