Ladies platinum sapphire and diamond cluster ring featuring (1) vertically set natural unenhanced oval old-cut sapphire set in a slightly raised open back rubover setting weighing approximately 2.50 carat total weight. The sapphire is encircled by a single row of 12 round old cut diamonds set in an openback grain settings with approximately 1.20 carat total weight. Circa 1920(+/-).
