Gent's vintage 18kt rose gold IWC Schaffhausen three-hand wristwatch with a 14kt rose gold aftermarket bracelet. Angular, stepped lugs. Cream colored dial with Rose gold Arabic numerals and stick markers. Solid caseback. 37mm case diameter. Manual winding movement; C89. Acrylic crystal. Bracelet is 7 1/2" in length. Circa 1940's.
