Ladies beautiful 18kt rose gold and silver Victorian-era sapphire and diamond navette ring featuring a 0.80 carat oval-shaped blue untreated Sapphire gemstone, surrounded by approximately 1.60 carat total weight of Old-mine cut diamonds of (VS-SI) in clarity and (G) in color. Circa 1890 (+/-). Currently a size 6 however it can be re-sized.
