Lady's Art Nouveau very fine 18kt yellow gold Patek Philippe openface keyless lever pendant watch with matching brooch. The back cover displaying a female form surrounded by raised flowers, leaves and scallop designs. The case is further enhanced by a beautiful Art Nouveau pin which depicts a woman with a diamond in her hair and a writhing serpant around her shoulders. Approximately 28mm case. Movement signed 'Patek Philippe & Cie. Geneve, Suisse. No. 118474.' Also engraved '0896'. Circa 1900.
