A magnificent late Victorian pearl and diamond insect brooch featuring an 8x10mm natural pearl belly. Also featuring rose and mine cut diamonds, a synthetic ruby upper thorax, and 2 oval shape synthetic ruby eyes. Made in 9kt rose gold and silver. Circa 1880's (+/-).
