Beautiful Victorian silver-topped yellow gold brooch featuring a hand-painted portrait encircled by a row or old-mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.50 carats total weight. The portrait is protected under glass or acrylic. Circa 1890’s+/-. Original patina on the silver. Scratches on the glass/acrylic due to age.
