Tourneau 18kt yellow gold coin wristwatch. Circular case with a snap on back, the face is hinged within a United States of America Twenty Dollar coin. The front with Lady Liberty and dated 1904. Cream colored-dial with black Roman numerals. The hidden face becomes exposed when pressing on a concealed thumpiece around the coin-edge bezel. Manual movement. 34.3mm case.
