Silvered dial with black Breguet numerals; date aperture at the 6 o'clock position; outer railway minute tracker; sweep center seconds. Officer-style case with a hinged dustcover over a transparent back; “Turban”-style crown. The case is featured on an original Patek philippe black leather strap with an original tang buckle. Automatic movement; Cal. 315/202. Sapphire crystal. 36mm case diameter. Circa 2003 (+/-). Reference #: 5053G.
